Foot Reflexology — Facial Reflexology — Hot Stone Reflexology — Relaxation Massage

I have been a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) through the Reflexology Association of Canada for the past five years, and I feel incredibly grateful to have built a practice surrounded by such an amazing and supportive clientele. It is a privilege to continue showing up for the people who have trusted me along the way.

My journey into Reflexology has been shaped by a diverse background in health, movement, and patient care. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Ajna Yoga Centre, where I developed a deeper understanding of the subtleties of the body, movement, mindfulness, and the connection between physical and mental well-being.

For over 10 years, I was part of the team at Back to Back Chiropractic, working as a Chiropractic Assistant, Decompression Therapist, and Welcome Staff member. My experience at the clinic has been an important foundation for my work as a Reflexologist. The knowledge I have gained of anatomy, my years of interacting with patients, and supporting people as they navigate various injuries and challenges have all helped shape the way I approach Reflexology and bodywork.

As I continue to grow in my practice, I have sought out opportunities to expand my knowledge and the offerings I can provide to my clients. I attended the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, where I explored and trained in a variety of bodywork modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage for Pre- and Post-Natal clients, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Head Massage, and Joint Release.

Having these modalities in my toolkit allows me to meet my clients where they are. Every body is different, and what someone needs from one session to the next can change. I love being able to draw from my different areas of training and experience to create a more personalized approach and tailor each treatment to the individual — working together to develop a treatment plan that supports where their body is at that moment.

I love bringing together these different areas of experience — anatomy, movement, mindfulness, reflexology, and hands-on bodywork — and weaving them into my practice. My intention is to create a space where people feel supported, cared for, and connected to their bodies.

I’m excited to be joining Nayeli and continue this next chapter of my career, expanding my offerings and continuing to learn and grow as a practitioner. There are many more modalities and areas of bodywork that I hope to explore, allowing me to continue building my toolkit and offering thoughtful, individualized care to the people I work with.
