Dr. Robert Hao
Chiropractic Care — Registered Massage Therapy
Testimonial
“I've seen a few chiropractors in Victoria over the years, but Dr. Robert Hao truly stands out. He takes a holistic approach to care that goes way beyond just cracking your back and sending you on your way. His manual therapy skills are top-notch—you can really tell he knows the body well and treats the root of the issue, not just the symptoms. What I really appreciate is how personalized everything is. Dr. Hao took the time to understand my lifestyle and goals, and created a plan that included not just adjustments, but also tailored exercises that have made a huge difference in how I feel day to day. I’ve had fewer flare-ups and more energy overall. He’s also incredibly kind, listens well, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. If you're looking for a chiropractor who combines skill, knowledge, and a truly thoughtful approach to healing, Dr. Hao is the one to see!” — Dan M.
Before becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Robert spent 10 years working as a Registered Massage Therapist, experience that still shapes how he approaches patient care today. He completed his Chiropractic degree at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2023. In practice, Dr. Hao combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and therapeutic massage with tailored exercise programs to help patients rehabilitate and stay injury—free. He also pays close attention to nutrition and recovery, weaving both into his treatment approach.
His main focus is helping patients understand their own bodies and feel confident managing their health. Not just feeling better after an appointment, but building habits that last. He takes the time to listen, explain, and work through a plan that actually fits each person’s life and goals. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing a chronic issue, or just trying to move and feel better day to day, Dr. Hao aims to be a practical, approachable resource they can rely on for the long haul.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hao stays active through cycling, Olympic weightlifting, and rock climbing, and is currently focused on powerlifting with his sights set on competing at the national level. Being an active athlete himself gives him a real appreciation for what sports and physical demands put on the body and what takes to recover well.
