Since beginning her practice in 2009, Krystel has worked across clinical settings, high-end spas, and her own private practice, specializing in therapeutic massage, energetics and nervous system based modalities. She is known for her holistic approach and sessions that cohesively weave her diverse disciplines.
Krystel’s work is less about imposing a technique and more about learning to listen. She pays close attention to the individual in front of her - what their body is communicating, how their nervous system is responding, and what may be asking for attention in that moment.
Her own history of significant spinal surgery and years of navigating her relationship with pain, movement, and resilience has deeply shaped the way she understands embodiment. She brings that lived experience, along with over 17 years of hands-on practice, into sessions that invite people to develop a deeper relationship with their bodies, and discover what becomes possible when there is less effort and more trust.
Alongside her private practice, Krystel is passionate about teaching bodywork in a way that is experiential, thoughtful, and deeply human. Through her trainings and mentorships, she helps practitioners develop not only practical skills, but the ability to cultivate presence, attunement, and confidence in their own hands.

Qualifications
Krystel brings many years of hands-on experience to her practice and is continually expanding her skillset through advanced trainings. She is certified Craniosacral Therapist and licensed bodyworker, with additional studies in reflexology, Thai Massage and energy-based modalities. Her education spans both clinical and holistic approaches, allowing her to adapt each session to the individual needs of her clients.
In addition to her bodywork training, Krystel offers mentorship for massage practitioners seeking to integrate intuitive, trauma-aware, and heart—centered techniques into their professional work. Her learning is grounded in anatomy, physiology, somatic awareness, and subtle energy systems—bridging science and spirit in a way that supports deep healing and practitioner sustainability.
